The Global Mental Health Network was founded on a simple but urgent belief: that mental health care should be accessible to all, not just the privileged few.

In a world where the most vulnerable are often denied psychological support, we aim to redress that balance. Our mission is to awaken the conscience of society, to recognise that the right to mental wellbeing is as fundamental as access to life-saving medical care. No one should be denied help for their mind due to where they live or how much they earn.
We provide affordable, flexible, and inclusive counselling services across borders. Whether you’re a student in London, a parent in rural Kenya, a young person in distress, or someone rebuilding after life changes, we’re here to listen. Our person-centred approach creates a space of trust, empathy, and empowerment, wherever you are in the world.

Rooted in a deep commitment to social justice, we work especially with those who have been underserved: low-income communities, young people, LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone who has struggled to access support through traditional systems.
We are a growing network of practitioners and advocates who believe that mental health is not a privilege, it is a human right..
